Your hosts, Drew and Frances Coburn, welcome you to Linden Homestead Cottages and B&B. We are a small, family-owned business located in Stanley Bridge, Prince Edward Island.
Our beautiful five-acre property is centrally located near 'Anne's Land' and we are less than a 40-minute drive away from both the Charlottetown airport and the Confederation Bridge. Of course, all of the attractions of the Cavendish area are close-by.

Linden Homestead is surrounded by farmland, close to scenic New London Bay, and just up the road from Gallant's Lobster Pound. You can bring back fresh seafood, and cook it yourself, or have them cook it for you, for an Island feast like no other.
If you prefer to dine out, take a stroll down to Carr's Oyster Bar and enjoy a great meal on their deck overlooking the bay.

We purchased the property in the fall of 2008, and are continually at work upgrading and improving the facilities.
A particular joy is expanding the gardens, both floral and vegetable, on the property.
We offer a King bed suite and a Queen bed suite within our century homestead, both with separate entrances and a full breakfast is included.
We also offer two cottages: a single bedroom unit with King bed and a two bedroom unit with a Queen bed and two single beds. The cottages have full cooking facilities.
Our freshly decorated 3.5 - 4 Star suites and cottages all have new mattresses and bedding, air-conditioning, flat screen TV/DVD players, satellite TV and WiFi Internet connection, and sparkling new bathrooms featuring soaker tubs and separate glass showers.
Frances, who once taught classes in gourmet cooking, prepares delicious breakfasts that are included in the price of the B&B Suites in the main house. Our cottage guests can arrange to enjoy our upscale breakfasts for a small additional price.
